Prasar Bharati

Shri Rajeev Bhardwaj has over thirty-six years of extensive experience in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), with deep expertise in Human Resource Management, organizational development, and strategic leadership. He began his career with Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI) and subsequently served with Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a Navratna PSU. He later served on the Board of Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) as Director (HR).

During his career, Shri Bhardwaj has played a key role in strengthening human resource systems, industrial relations, and organizational transformation initiatives in large public sector organizations. He has also briefly served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the President of AIIMS and the Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

Shri Bhardwaj holds a First Class Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He has also completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Programme from the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI).

He has participated in several international forums organized by AOTS (Japan), the International Labour Organization (ILO), AIMA, and Antwerp Port. He is a Life Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), London, and has served as an Executive Member and resource person for employers’ organizations such as AIOE/FICCI, ASSOCHAM, CEI, and SCOPE.
