About Us : DD Odia
The Regional Language Satellite Service (RLSS) of Doordarshan for Odia Language was started on 2.10.1993 as DD-5 and later renamed as DD-6 from 15.08.1994. The DD-6 (Odia) Channel was made a 24-hour channel on 01.04.2001(on the occasion of Utkal Divas, the Statehood Day of Odisha State).

Hello Odisha : Breakfast Show Programme of One hour duration on Weekdays ( Monday to Friday) in which celebrities/emerging talents from different fields like Music/Dance, Sports, Film ,Literature, Administration etc. are invited. Apart from the interview, segments like tourist spots, yoga, health tips, cooking tips, music etc. form the different segments of the Show. The programme is introduced on 15.09.2017. The Show is now telecast at 8.15 AM on Weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday .
Health Show : A Health issues programme of the Channel and is telecast on Monday to Thursday at 6.30 PM and on Saturday at 5.30 PM. It includes health issues/diseases of people including the current ones like Corona and Specialist Doctors are invited to the programme . Viewers queries received are also replied during the programme. Graphics are used in the programme with statistics to make the programme more interesting and educative. The Show is immensely popular among the viewers.
Aarohi: A Musical Show of half an hour duration full of entertainment and mixed with songs and interview with eminent singers, music directors, lyricist etc. and telecast on Every Sunday at 6.30 PM and repeat on Wednesday at 7.30 PM.
